Friday, May 22, 2015
Happy last Friday of the school year! Here's a reminder for the last week of school. There is no school on Monday. Monday is Memorial Day so there will be no school. The rest of next week will be early-out days. Please make sure your ride knows to pick you up at 1:11 on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Again, it is all early-out days next week.
8th graders - If you are going to Sunsplash on Tuesday, please pick up a rules and Information sheet from Mrs. Frisch or Mr. Borasi today at lunch.
Congratulations to all of our 8th grade award winners last night. It was wonderful to celebrate your accomplishments. If you couldn't make it last night, you'll be called up next week to receive your award. Mrs. Kent will also be giving you a copy of the endearing message written by the teacher who nominated you!
Another congratulations to all of our students who still have 100 merits. We are very proud of all our Huskies who show the Big 3 every day and have all year. Here are our cookie winners for the week. Please come up after the announcements.

Are you missing a sweatshirt? A lunch box? Maybe a shoe? Please check the lost and found if you are missing something. Make sure you check it before we donate all of it.
There are still a few yearbooks left! If you would like to purchase a yearbook, you may do so from Mrs. Koscheka for $47 before or after school only. Yearbooks will continue to be sold, first come, first serve, until they are gone!
Attention all who would like to visit Washington DC and New York next summer. Mrs. Andrews now has the registration packets, so stop by Room 506 anytime to pick up a packet. Those who register by July 1st receive a discount on the price of their trip. Come join us when we visit all the sites of Washington, see the Statue of Liberty, and a Broadway play in New York! It's a trip of a lifetime!
